At Buckeye, our customers are our first and most important concern. That's why we have taken the time to design an internal customer service program that we feel will allow us to speak with customers personally about their questions and concerns and identify the areas we need to improve upon in a convenient way. Unlike other businesses that may hire external companies to gather their customer service information for them, we believe that the use of in-house customer service representatives allows us to keep our surveys short, precise, and personal. This also lets us to deal with customer concerns as soon as they are identified.
All sales customers are contacted by phone to discuss their purchase experience with Buckeye. Service customers are left a steering wheel hang tag at the helm when they pick up their boat which, after completion, can be mailed back to Buckeye or completed online for a chance to win big!
