As the marine industry continues to turn to its customers for their input, boat manufacturers have implemented their own CSI surveys to ensure the highest quality of products and service. If you purchased a Chaparral, Regal, Mercury, or Yamaha product you can expect to receive a manufacturer CSI survey in the mail.
These surveys are important to the manufacturer, Buckeye Marine, and you, as they are used to help determine such things as warranty rates. Understanding that CSI surveys sometimes fall down the priority list during busy summer months, we have decided to reward our customers just for filling out the form. When we receive notification from the manufacturer that you have sent in your initial CSI survey, we will award you points on your customer rewards card. We will subsequently continue to reward you points for all follow-up surveys that are sent back as well.
