The Pigeon Lake Sandbar is a popular boating destination known for its shallow, sandy waters and lively social atmosphere. Located on the eastern side of Pigeon Lake, it's a perfect spot for anchoring, swimming, and enjoying a day in the sun.

There are two sandbars where you can moor and enjoy the shallow waters. The first sandbar is located about a third of the way down the lake near Long Point Bay, while the second is roughly halfway down the lake, just north of Grenadier Island.

3. Big Bald Lake Jumping Rocks

A lesser known landmark within the Kawartha lakes located east of Pigeon Lake and will take dipping into Big Bald lake which is accessible from Little Bald lake via Pigeon lake. These natural rock formations offer the perfect spot for a thrilling leap into the clear, refreshing waters of the lake.
