Service and communication update

To all of our valued boaters,

We wanted to reach out with a great big thank you to you all for your patience and understanding through our software and connectivity transition through this years launch season! As anyone who has changed computer systems will tell you it is rarely a smooth transition and ours has been no exception and this has been coupled with an internet upgrade. We recognize that our ability to respond and react this season has not been as expedient as we would expect of ourselves as we are learning to navigate this new platform and work through some significant bugs. Although we did our best to minimize it to the best of our ability, we sincerely apologize to those whose information and messages got lost in data and hardware conversions. 

Here, however, is the great news... Our team is ALL on board with our new system and we have learned a lot over the past 3 months. We know that with this new system we will be able to serve our clients much better moving forward including: sending out automated reminders for upcoming services and appointments, emailing repair estimates and sales quotes that clients can access and give authorization on, it allows us access to our dealer network to be able to sources parts and units that manufacturers and suppliers may not have, it is in line with our goals to ensure a much better experience with a much more robust scheduling system for service work, deliveries and sales deliveries that is able to be seen inter-departmentally, including proper communication records and tracking for all clients and so much more! 

With this our 75th year in business we are excited about the amazing team that we have and the opportunities that lie with our new software that our willing team can capitalize on to make your experience in all departments of our business a great success.  We invite you to come and meet our team and celebrate 75 years on Friday, August 2nd and Saturday, August 3rd. There will be entertainment, and unprecedented deals on parts and major units!

Again we thank you for your patience and understanding through this transition and look forward to showing you the great ways that this change will help us serve you in the years to come.
